Step 1 — AI adapters (optional)

Codex & Claude (OpenAI & Anthropic)

Only needed if you want agents to run. Set OPENAI_API_KEY and/or ANTHROPIC_API_KEY in Railway variables. Codex requires a one-time login below; Claude uses the env key automatically. You can skip this and add keys later — the app works without them; agents will fail until keys are set.

Step 2 — First admin (required)

Create admin invite

Generate a one-time invite URL and open it to create the first admin account.

After accepting the invite, open Paperclip app.
